About Us

J&S Landscaping and Design is located in Granville County, just outside of Wake Forest NC. Our company was established in 1999 by Jonathon and Suzanne Smith, both graduates from North Carolina State University.

Jonathon has an associates degree in ornamentals and landscape technology. He has experience in many areas of the green industry. Over ten years of lawn maintenance, IPM techniques, landscape and hardscape installation, and stone masonry have made Jonathon a well rounded technician. He wears many hats within the company he personally organizes, and oversees each and every job.

Suzanne is a NC native who also has an associates degree in ornamental and landscape technology. After graduating from NCSU, she gained additional experience in landscape, lawn, floriculture installation maintenance, and design. Over the past ten years as a landscape consultant and designer, she has used these skills to create the perfect package for each customer's needs.
